
Audrey Ward is the Founder and President/CEO of 4WARD CDC,
NationsFirst Mortgage of Virginia, LLC. and Ward Contracting,LLC
She holds a Degree in Business Management. She has over 31 years of experience in the
Mortgage Business. She is married to Phillip Ward and was blessed with two beautiful daughter's
who has helped her grow the businesses and together they have over 50 years of experience in
the community. Audrey’s past credentials include, Vice President of the Virginia Association of
Mortgage Brokers(VAMB) 2002, Hampton Road's Regional
Vice-President of VAMB from 1999-2001, member of the Better Business Bureau, member of the
US Chamber of Commerce and certified in Equal Opportunity Lending. She also holds a number
of awards for outstanding performance both local and national. Audrey's vision for 4Ward
Community Development Corporation is to help make a change in the community and provide
services to meet recent and historical needs of our community. Our community
has suffered and is languishing from a major setback within our economy. There is a great need
for affordable housing, faculties for seniors, jobs, Green Energy construction, youth mentor
program, money management/budgeting, and HIV-AIDS awareness education.

Phillip Ward is the President and CEO of Ward Contracting LLC He is located in the City of Virginia
Beach and is the husband of Audrey Ward- President and CEO of NationsFirst Mortgage of
Virginia. Phillip Ward has been married for over 30 years with two(2) daughters. Phillip Ward has
over 30 years in construction and demolition. He began working part-time with a business license
in Virginia Beach, doing small home improvement jobs which included, tile, trim, brick, framing and
demolition. Phillip Ward acquired a class A license and opened his owned company in 2003. He
is presently being awarded contracts from the city of Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Suffolk, Hampton,
Newport News and Portsmouth. He enjoyed his work and take great pride in each job making
sure his customers are pleased and satisfied with his work.


Earl Bynum is partnered with NationsFirst Mortgage of Virginia, LLC and 4Ward CDC providing
services to the community helping individuals achieve the American dream to become
homeowners. Bynum was awarded National Announcer of the Year 2008/2009 during the Gospel
Announcers Guild 41st Annual Showcase and Awards. Bynum is the producer and host of radio
show “On Stage With Earl Bynum” First Executive Minister of Music of the Mount. President and
CEO for EBIB (Earl Bynum International Booking) EBIB sends artist over seas for world tours.

Hampton Roads area by encouraging them to discover and develop their talents. This led to the
start of EBAWA Performing Arts & Development Center. EBAWA focuses on educating the youth in
basic life skills such as the elements of resume writing, proper grooming and job interview
preparation. Ebawa also offer classes in piano, voice, violin, drum, dance and guitar.
Shevika Ward graduated from Randolph Macon Woman’s College in May 2001 with a B.A. in
Communications; She joined NationsFirst Mortgage of Virginia in 2001 working assisting her
mother with the operations of the business. Within a few months I became the Vice President of
the family owned business which grew tremendously. I have a determined spirit and am no
stranger to hard work. I believe the keys to success are having a strong family, faith, and friends. I
am also a part-time actress and in my spare time, I began attending “Zarro’s Acting Academy
where I learned acting, scene study, improvisation, cold read, and theater. My latest project was
being cast in Tyler’s Perry’s new movie “I Can do Bad All By Myself. I also believe in giving back to
the community and in doing that, I volunteer my services on a weekly basis.
William L. Perry is the President and CEO of Perry & Associates Build Inc. And EGD of Virginia he has
over 20 years of experience working with, Graphic Design, Television Film productions & Video,
Industrial Design Modeling, Concepts designs, Graphic design for commercial retail stores,
Residential 3D presentations, Theme parks designs, VR arcade's, and illustration for inventors.
His past and present clients,The New Spartan Village & Town Center 3D presentations project
located by Norfolk State University, Lake Gaston Chamber of commerce: 3D design, Beach Cove
condos: 3D design presentation of nine units, NASA Research Center, VA, Norfolk Redevelopment
and Housing Authority, VA, North Carolina Planning and Zoning Board member. William has also
partnered with 4Ward CDC providing services to the community helping individuals achieve the
American dream to become homeowners.
