Mission
It is the mission of 4Ward Community Development Corporation to build “affordable green homes”. Individuals
will benefit from assistance with utilities, rental or mortgage payments. Other services will provide individuals
with assistance in developing “green” and knowledge to ultimately be able to build affordable green homes. We
will also provide education to maintaining a home mortgage and home maintenances. Training and financial
assistance will be provided to learn new skills and education through trade schools, college or apprentice
programs in the field of construction.
